One day when making my red sauce for my pasta, I was so inspired by the ingredients on my cutting board, that I snapped this picture. It still remains one of my favorite photos! Several years ago when my Nana got sick, I helped my family combine all of our family recipes into this little cookbook before her passing so we could all keep them and have them in one place. 

Since this was a family effort, there are no fancy pictures or anything like that inside. It was designed as a keepsake and has a beautiful picture of my Nana's table on the front cover and my grandparent's photo on the back. It was compiled as a tribute to all the unforgettable meals and moments we spent together around the table.
